Pulse Rated artist Lisa Theunissen is doing her bit for Oxjam in South Africa. She performed live late last week in front of 80 of her friends and family, and for her nearest and dearest, it was the first time they saw her perform a full show.
“I am originally from South Africa, but I’ve been living in the UK for over 8 years now,” said Lisa, who lives in London. “I was really gutted about not being able to do an Oxjam Gig, because most of the time I was going to be away, and I really wanted to be part of Oxjam. After thinking about it, I decided to combine my family reunion with Oxjam, and dedicate my South African gig to the cause.”
The show took place on Friday 13th October in Ballito Bay, in the country’s KwaZulu-Natal province, and all proceeds from the show will go to Oxjam.
